How can I add my dealership?
Adding your dealership listing is easy.
Simply visit the "add your dealership" page and a dealer support specialist
will have your listing ready for you in 24 to 48 hrs.
Choose to pay by credit card and be billed automatically or be invoiced.
No immediate payment or hassles needed. We can simply invoice you by mail.
How can I pay for my listing?
Get started now and choose to pay by credit card and be billed automatically or
have us send you an invoice. Upon receipt of your invoice, simply send a check
or money order to the address on your invoice (also shown below).
Note: Adding dealership name and/or OrderDodge.com customer number in notes
field helps to avoid service interruption.

Can I cancel my listing?
Please note, your satisfaction is our ultimate priority.
Excellent service to you and your dealership is our greatest goal and if you aren't satisfied,
please alert a dealer support representative with your issue so that we can help you (contact page).
If you have received an invoice and you no longer need our service or if you wish to cancel,
simply disregard it and your listing will be removed automatically.
Because we bill you for advertising in advance, you are never stuck with needing to pay for
something you don't want. However, once again, we are here to serve you and we work hard
to earn your long term business. Not to mention, considering the return on your small investment, is going without a dealer community profile really worth the risk?
Is my invoice for last month, this current month, or next month?
To insure your satisfaction, advertising is billed (and due) in advance.
Unlike most automotive ad and data service vendors, our aim is to
be of enough value to your dealership that your forward payment is voluntary
and no action or collection on outstanding invoices will ever be made.
Though you are receiving service, if you aren't delighted, dispose of
your invoice and your account will expire without penalty.
How does my dealership receive leads and messages?
Leads are sent to your email address of choice as ADF (Auto Dealer Format) XML or plain text. ADF is
compatable with most contact management systems. Please open a dealer support request to verify
your email addresses and format needs.
How can I update my listing?
Updating your dealership listing is as easy as filling out a dealer support request (contact page).
How can I add/update my ebay auction listings?
Please alert dealer support to update your eBay Motors details (contact page).
Note: Include your eBay User ID for fastest service.
How can I add my inventory?

How can I manage my inventory?
Inventories are managed automatically based on the data file you upload. During setup, ftp login information was/will be given to you.
